Oxford Educational Dynamic’s strategic goal to provide high quality training programs in an environment that has a tradition of excellence in education. By drawing upon the scholarship of Oxford and Cambridge, and the experience of our global talent pool, we believe we can fully realize this strategic goal. Our first Oxford educational training program took place in July 2003, but we have been working in this sector since 1996. To date, we have welcomed groups from the United States, the Peoples’ Republic of China, The Russian Federation as well as the European Union.

We provide a tailor-made program, lasting from between one - to - four weeks, depending on our client’s requirements, specifically but not exclusively focusing on the provision of management, leadership or public policy training programs. The programs are designed to provide a better understanding of those complex factors shaping the contemporary global economy and political environment. The program’s subject matter is delivered by Oxford and UK-based academics and internationally recognized experts from research centers, government and business who address the institutional, cultural, political and legal contexts of business, management and public administration. Past speakers have been drawn from Booze Allen Hamilton, Odgers Ray & Berndtson, the Confederation of British Industry, Electronic Data Systems, the Financial Services Authority, Imperial College London, Cranfield School of Management, the Mitsui Corporation, NCR, The European Commission, Price Waterhouse Coopers, St Antony’s College, The Cabinet Office, Feagre and Benson to name a few.

The speaker program is supplemented by site visits, which have included visits to the Financial Services Authority, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Institute of Directors (IOD), the Cabinet Office of the UK Government, BMW Motors, Motorola, Airbus UK, Infineum, HSBC, Bloomberg and the London Stock Exchange.
